We strive to make our items so customers will love them! But we understand if it wasn't quite what you thought or the size is a little off and have created a return policy to make returning it as easy as possible. Return any regular item (excludes custom orders) for any reason and get a full refund of the purchase price AND a prepaid return shipping label. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless order was damaged during shipping. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship item back within 30 days of delivery to be eligible. We will process the refund within 2 business days of receiving the return as long as the return is received in the condition that the customer received it. Please take care when packaging the item for return.
Custom orders are unique and the customer should contact us if wanting to make a return. We often accept returns on custom orders but they may have a restocking fee applied.
